Hyderabad’s southern growth corridor is attracting increasing attention with the development of Bharat Future City around the Mucherla region of Ranga Reddy District. The proposed city is planned as a future-ready urban development focused on technology, healthcare, education, life sciences, employment and sustainable infrastructure. The Telangana government’s vision document describes Bharat Future City as a 30,000-acre next-generation development built around a live-work-learn-play concept.
Major Development Progress
A significant milestone came in June 2026, when the Telangana government inaugurated the Future City Development Authority (FCDA) headquarters at Bharat Future City. The authority is responsible for planning, coordinating and executing the development of the Future City.
The region is also seeing progress in education and technology infrastructure. In April 2026, officials reviewed construction progress of the Young India Skills University campus and FCDA office.
In July 2026, the foundation stone was laid for an Amazon Web Services data centre at Bharat Future City. The Telangana government described the project as an important step in establishing the region as a major technology and investment destination.

Yacharam is located in the broader southern growth corridor and is connected through Hyderabad–Nagarjuna Sagar NH 565. Its proximity to emerging developments around Mucherla and Future City makes the area worth watching for future residential growth.

Nature View City – Yacharam
Nature View City Phase-I is a 58-acre residential development located along NH 565 at Yacharam. According to the project brochure, it features wide BT roads, landscaped parks, children’s park, avenue plantation, electricity, underground drainage and 24×7 security. The project is presented as DTCP and RERA approved, with clear title and immediate registration.
With Future City, new technology investments, educational infrastructure and regional connectivity developing around the southern corridor, Yacharam is becoming a location to watch as Hyderabad expands into its next phase of growth.
